Commercial Lending
We are able to access commercial lending for business customers. The types of commercial lending available are:
- Purchasing of commercial property. In circumstances where this involves an owner occupier it is possible to arrange 100% lending.
- Purchasing a business. There are a variety of financing options available for purchasing a business, and in some circumstances, 100% lending is available.
- Purchasing of plant and machinery. A range of lenders and options are available.
- Short term cash flow relief for business (Factoring). We have a strategic alliance with a factoring firm who are able to purchase unpaid invoices thus providing cash flow relief for business owners. This firm is unique in that it does not require a long term contract and typically will only be involved with a business for a short period to help with cash flow problems.
